I'd been to many budget hotels. This one was actually not bad for 65 bucks i dont expect anything fancy and prepare for. The worst as I travel.for work but to my surprise the bathroom was clean and the bed too. Not to mention bed was very cozy. AND THE PLACE WAS EXTREMLY QUITE. It is a older hotel but does need few repairs as I can see. But overall it's good. Just mop the floors a little better .
This place was a nice place,clean only thing was the room wasn't supply's had to ask only the first day,and then they came around every morning to ask if we need anything. Everyone was so nice too
Nice motel with a really good price. Stayed 3 nights. It was quiet and the sunrise was beautiful right out the front door. Unfortunately there was no coffee maker. Google needs to update the free breakfast claim. They did have a fridge and microwave a good size desk and a nice size tv.
We stayed 3 nights. Overall the experience was good. I did not expect anything amazing for $65 per night. The room was cleaned everyday and everything in the room worked properly. It is a little outdated but for the price it was good. My only 2 complaints are there is no coffee maker in the room and it was not offered at the front and when we returned everyday the AC was turned down to 62 degrees. Kinda cold.
My room was nice, clean and spacious, and the lady at the service desk was helpful and sweet. Evidently, they do a lot of work to maintain their inn. I'm always a little worried when I book a hotel room in an unknown place. When I arrived at Royal Inn in Sparta, I was pleased with what I discovered.

Traveling through town, happy to take a chance and pleasantly surprised. Wonderful surprisingly spacious room with a Jacuzzi tub, exactly what we needed after several days on the road travel. Staff were extremely friendly, as was housekeeping. Absolutely coming back if I'm ever in the area. Large TV in bedroom and living room. Decor might be a bit dated to some, however room was clean, and everything in perfect working order. 10/10 would recommend.
Nice room, wasn't fancy but for $75 for the night it was well worth it and the bed was comfortable
